Foster Lodge is owned by the Sierra Club and is operated by San Diego Chapter's Foster Lodge Committee. The lodge is available to all Sierra Club members and their guests.

The lodge consists of two cabins. The large cabin is for use by Sierra Club groups as well as guest groups with a Club sponsor. The small cabin is open to individuals wanting to spend a weekend in the mountains from 10 a.m. Saturday to 2 p.m. Sunday for Sierra Club members and their guests. No reservations are required for the small cabin.

Please note: A few weekends throughout the year, the small cabin is not available due to special events. To check availability call Susan Parrish at 619-478-5188.

The large cabin has rustic sleeping accomodations for overnight stays. The kitchen has two large stoves and two refrigerators. It is also equipped with a microwave, toaster, and coffee pots. There is cookware, utensils and dishes. The large room has sofas as well as folding tables and chairs. There is also a large fireplace and a panoramic view. There are bunk rooms in both cabins as well as foam pads for the floor. To reserve the large cabin, call Susan Parrish at 619-478-5188. Check the fee schedule for additional details.

The small cabin is similarly equipped as the large cabin. The capacity is fourteen people plus one or two hosts. Individuals must provide proof of Sierra Club membership to be given the club rate.
