Borrowing Policy
Check out and return books and movies at the Chapter Office.
- Book loans are for 60 days.
- Movies require a $5.00 deposit and loans last 2 weeks.
Borrowing Procedure
The library box labeled, "Circulated Items" is to be used for the check out
and return process.
- Checkout
process:
- Remove
the title card from the pocket inside the front cover of the book or
clipped to the front page. If
there is no title card, you can make one.
Ask for an index card and follow examples from other books.
- Fill
out your name, today's date, and phone number on the back of the card.
- Place
completed card in the Circulated Items box according to the first letter
of the book or movie title.
- Optional:
make a note of the due date on the inside pocket of the book.
- Loans
are for 60 days. After this time
period, 5 cent per item per day will be charged.
Donations
We seek books and movies to add to the
library collection. Please check out the
subject tag cloud (subject index) or
catalog to get an idea of the topics we
can use. All donations are tax-deductible.
Bookstore
Remember to check out the bookstore while you're here! (There's no
overdue fees when you buy!) Prices are listed
in pencil in each book, but are negotiable with
staff.
